• The position of Director for School Operation Services was newly established.
• Elementary Education Bureau, Secondary Education Bureau, and Social Education and Physical Education Bureau were merged to form the Education Policy Bureau.

• Elementary Education Division and Secondary Teaching Division were integrated into Teacher Policy Division Social Education Division.

  School Physical Education Division and School Health Division integrated into Lifelong Physical Education Division.

  Facilities Division and Building Division were integrated into Education Environment Improvement Division.
